Last June Google introduce job search experience. Due to this millions of job seekers getting relevant job opportunity from third party provider across the web. It’s really a tough job to quickly index all job because jobs are publishing so frequently. To remove an expired job also necessary because it has no benefit for user while we are not accepting any application against that job.
What is Indexing API?
Indexing API will help for webmaster to notify Google when job posting pages are added and deleted. This allow to Google to schedule a job posting for a fresh crawl, which will directly impact your traffic and application conversion. This API will help very in Recruitment industry so owner of recruitment industry will take it on priority.
For now Indexing API will use those URL only for which Job Posting Structure schema has implemented. So as per my understanding we should implemented job posting schema for whole of the website if your business related to Jobs.
How Indexing API work?
There are some basic step which should be follow to used Indexing API. Currently this API allow limited number of URL to submit with Google for crawling.
o Create a Project for your Website – Once you will login with you Gmail account in Google developer you will create a project as per below screen
o Create a Service Account – Once you have created a project than you need to create a service account for the same.
o Verify Site Ownership in Search console. Verify the domain in search console for which you want to use indexing API.
Get an Access token
To call the Indexing API, the call must be authenticated with an OAuth token that you get in exchange for your private key. Google provides API client libraries to get OAuth tokens for a number of languages. For further details you can visit below URL

Used the Indexing API
Now you can use Indexing API to tell Google which JOB pages deleted and added. The request must specify the location of web pages. Rest you can visit below URL for detain information on it.

Couple of month Ago Google has introduced a new search console tool. Now Google team has worked on this tool further and added a new tool i.e. URL INSPECTION TOOL.
This tool will help webmasters to know the insight for a specific URL, how Google index the specific page. Google said with the help of this tool you can easily know information about crawling, indexing, AMP and data structure status for a specific url.
Still this option is not available for all search console account, this is in beta version. When it will live than you can directly past your URL which is index in Google and this tool will provide all information related to this URL as below:

Realistic Goals – These goals are also known as relevant Goals. So in terms of SEO if we are saying relevant than its mean that the keywords which are targeting are relevant to our business or not. Sometimes it happens there are some keywords which is not related to our business. So we are away to achieve our goal. So relevant goal we should target right keywords which will help you to increase your leads.
Apart from it the page which is ranking with key phrase is related to key phrase or not. Sometimes it happen wrong page is ranking and user coming to the page and without spending time on it run away from page, so this is increasing bounce rate of the page or website.
Timely Goals:-
Goal of time is really very important and we should decide the time for all activity for SEO like:-

How to create a job posting which will be useful for Google for Job:-
Ø We should make sure that our web pages (Job Detail) pages should not block by robots.txt and no robots meta tag
Ø We should make sure that host load setting allow for frequent crawl which can be done with the help of following step:-
Ø Make sure you are using Google guidelines for job posting
o Clerical job for a placement agency
o A restaurant hiring kitchen staff in a single posting
Ø Add Job Posting Structure data for your website
